Delivery & Returns

  • Delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd class post. Please see individual items for estimated delivery times.
  • All items will be posted out Monday-Friday (except bank holidays).
  • We will ship your order as quickly as possible but we are a small design studio and we do take holidays. If we are unable to fulfil your order within the expected time frame we will email you as soon as possible. We will let you know when we can deliver and give you the option to cancel and receive a full refund.
  • We only ship within the UK.
  • We do not want to impact the environment any more than we have to. We recycle and reuse packaging as much as possible and we respectfully request that you do the same. We reuse bubble wrap (when we use it) and we ask that you save it for reuse rather than disposing of it.

Bespoke orders

Full payment is taken at checkout for bespoke orders. Please check the product details for the expected delivery dispatch times. Where items include a proof this will be dispatched first. An estimated delivery time for the bulk order will only be emailed once we receive the proof approval. We are a small design studio and production of bespoke items is according to demand and studio commitments. 


We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you are not, you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to return it to us in it’s original condition. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, or the item is not returned in sellable condition, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your item and we would strongly advise you get proof of postage as your purchase remains your responsibility until we receive it and we cannot offer a refund for goods which do not arrive. If there is damage en route, due to inadequate packaging, thereby making the item unsellable, we will also not consider this a refundable item.


Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have the returned item. On condition it is resalable, then you will be refunded and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment via PayPal.

Late or missing refunds

If for any reason your refund does not appear and you have checked with your bank and credit card provider, please contact us at
